Our client, a prestigious MRO, requires several B1 or B1/B2 A400M (Approved) Engineers to join them on a contract basis at their facilities in Belgium; additional Airbus type ratings are advantageous.

To be eligible for this position, you must have 6 months recency in the past 2 years and have all the relevant and current documentation, including recency/authorisations, certificates, logbooks, and accompanying letters.

Role: B1 or B1/B2 (Approved) Engineer – A400M

Pay: On Application

Shift: To be agreed mutually agreed with client

Location: Belgium

Start Date: July ‘20


Responsibilities

  • You will execute the planned maintenance task or checks following the maintenance schedule or when specified problems occur.
  • You also be working on aircraft maintenance project tasks.
  • It is of great importance you ensure high quality performance in your maintenance jobs on the aircraft, components, and documentation.
  • Therefor you will analyse and interpret technical information, read engineering diagrams and manuals.
  • To ensure the best services, for our clients, you will be collaborating with other departments


Experience
  • You hold a valid EASA Part 66, B1 (or) B1+B2 certificate with A400M (Approval), other Airbus type ratings are advantageous
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in Aircraft Line/Base Maintenance
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience on A400M
  • Problem-solving, decision- making and good communication are your strong qualities.
  • Next to that you are a team-player, stress resistant, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • You work precise and accurate and have a pro-active attitude
  • In this role you will work in shifts and will have to travel abroad.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of French of Dutch is a distinct advantage.
