B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer

Luton

Average of 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Days (B1) or Lates (B1 or B2)

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role of the B1/B2 Licensed Engineer will be to undertake scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and defect rectification on a range of Harrods Aviation supported aircraft, including Challenger and Global Express.

In order to be considered for this role, you will hold a full unrestricted B1 or B2 license and be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work, with attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience of corporate aviation is highly beneficial.

Preference will be given to individuals who hold type ratings for Bombardier products - Challenger 300 series, Challenger 600 series and Global Express series. Applicants should hold at least 1 of the above aircraft types on their licence.

You will also be required to work autonomously at times and therefore need to demonstrate initiative, self-sufficiency and competent PC skills. Excellent communication skills are required.

The successful applicant will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working from either 07:00 - 19:00 (days) or 13:00 - 01:00 (lates). There is an additional shift payment for the late shift.

The role may also be required to provide support at other locations, both in the UK and overseas at times, therefore both a full UK driving license and unrestricted passport are essential.
