JOB TITLE: B1 Engineer – Cardiff Airport     DEPARTMENT:   Engineering

 

LINE MANAGER/DEPARTMENT HEAD: Station Engineer

 

PRINCIPAL TASK AREAS:

  • Extensive background as a B1 licensed engineer, ideally type rated or experience on the Jetstream 41; Embraer 145; ATR 72 

  • EASA Part 66 B1.3 AMEL

  • Experience of working within an aviation maintenance environment

  • Part 145 Initial Human Factors Trained

  • Experience of working within commercial aircraft operators

  • Base maintenance experience

  • Familiar with aircraft maintenance control and management systems;

  • Good working knowledge of current health and safety policies and procedures

  • Good understanding of Safety Systems both SMS and health and safety

  • Strong safety culture

  • The ability to work alone or as part of or lead a small team

  • Flexibility in regards to work routine

  • Team player

 

All applicants must be capable of passing a security clearance and have the right to live and work in the UK

 

Job Type: Full-time
