B1 Certifying Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a number of skilled and CAA endorsed B1 Certifying Engineers to join our dynamic team in Manchester. The B1 Certifier will play a crucial role in our mission to maintain and certify aircraft to the highest standards, ensuring the safety and airworthiness of the aircraft we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Perform B1 maintenance tasks on a variety of aircraft in accordance with approved procedures and regulations.
• Inspect and certify aircraft after maintenance or repair work, ensuring compliance with safety and airworthiness standards.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to verify aircraft integrity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft systems and components.
• Complete maintenance documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain certification currency.

Qualifications:

• Valid B1 License with relevant aircraft type ratings.
• Strong experience in aircraft maintenance and certification.
