Are you a B1 Certifying Engineer looking for a new challenge?

JMC are working with a leading international MRO who are looking for experienced B1 Base Certifying Engineers to join their dynamic and hard working team at Stansted.  

This is a permanent role paying £52,000 per annum with an excellent benefits package

Operating in the Base Maintenance side of the Business  you will be leading maintenance activities including the carrying out of and certification of inspections, ensuring defect rectification is carried out within the correct procedures as well as supervising a small team setting clear targets and expectations

Duties include:

·         Being responsible for the successful completion of all allocated, planned and ad-hoc maintenance tasks within a specified time frame

·         Demonstrating a culture of continuous improvement.

·         Ensuring compliance with aircraft approved data, appropriate company procedures, policies legal and regulatory requirements.

·         Providing guidance for individual and team maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, company procedures, and regulations

·         Being able to interpret technical publications and make fact based decisions

 

The successful B1 Licensed Engineer will have the following requirements  

·         Hold an unrestricted EASA Part-66 Category B1 License

·         Hold a minimum of one type rating in the A320 CEO

·         Technical and Leadership experience  with the ability to work on your own initiative and make timely decisions

·         Proven working knowledge in Base Maintenance and Certifying Aircraft

·         Able to work on a 5,5,4, shift pattern which could include nights and weekends
