Key Requirement for the Position To manage contracts ensure timely renewals of contracts for operations within parameters of cost, quality and time
Job Description Key Accountabilities :-

1.Timely and efficiently follow Contracts standard operating procedure (SOP), as per Group Company standards. To Coordinate with the end users and other departments. Float Request for Proposal (RFP) to prospective vendors post understanding of work scope from respective department.
2.Invite techno commercial proposal from vendors & preparation of comparative statement.
3.Negotiation with vendor, along with departmental stakeholders, & assist on time contract renewal.
4.Coordinating with Quality to evaluate vendor performance on periodic basis.
5.Ensuring systemic approach to Evaluate all existing and new vendors for shortlisting.
6.Maintaining MIS reports.
7.Creation & maintenance of Vendor Data Base.
8.Achieving reduction in costs by methods like optimization, indirect discounts, introduction of new vendors etc.
9.Initiate and monitor corrective actions.
10.Cross functional co-ordination for smooth operations to achieve departmental goals.
