The Analytics Leader is responsible for leading the design, development, and preparation of highly complex analytical studies and presentations to support improvement in the Cargo operational and financial performance. Scope of work includes: developing and automating complex Cargo performance reports and dashboards, identifying new data sources for performance and analytics reporting, and presenting findings to OAP and senior business unit leaders. This position leads the high-visibility, high-impact analytics projects for Cargo that improve overall divisional and company performance. The Analytics Leader is highly engaged and influential in the annual review and development of KPIs, goals, and scorecards for the Cargo division, as well as analyzing operational staffing resource requirements, and process improvement opportunities within Cargo operations. This results oriented position is responsible for managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time while balancing individual and conflicting priorities, aligning resources, and maintaining relationships with peers and internal customers across the Company.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/management, mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or other relevant quantitative field required plus 5+ years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field, or Masters degree plus 3+ years of relevant work experience required.
Strong technical, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Experience using statistical methods to measure operational performance
Advanced level of understanding and experience with SAS, SQL, R, or other database interface tool
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to perform with a high level of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Understanding of Cargo operations
Working knowledge of Tableau
