Reporting to the Manager, Remittance & Settlement, the incumbent will be responsible for all Remittance and Settlement activities relating to the assigned operations. The incumbent will also coordinate with Operational Management, Customer Service, Agency Management, the Clearing Bank and other internal/external stakeholders to complete and improve Remittance and Settlement projects.
Handling all Remittance &Settlement activities of the assigned BSP/CASS operations at a zero tolerance level;
Ensure that daily operations meet the requirements of the Standard Operating Procedures;
Support regional and global projects as agreed with the role's supervisor;
Actively participate and complete BCP activation, including BCP training, testing and report.
Prepare the Remittance and Settlement Calendar for each operation according to the public holidays;
And perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by the R&S manager.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related disciplines;
Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the airline industry;
Skillful in Microsoft office applications, especially in Word, Excel, Outlook etc.;
Willing to learn and is a fast learner, hard-working and highly responsible for given tasks;
A diligent and honest team player with good communication skills;
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and exhibit self-initiative;
Average fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must.
