EASA B1 B787 Licensed AMT

Position Overview:

Antilles Aerospace is seeking a skilled and experienced EASA Part 66 B1 Technician with a type rating on the Boeing 787-800 GENX Engine. The successful candidate will be a key part of our maintenance team, ensuring the continued airworthiness of our clients' aircraft operating to the islands.

• Permanent position with a 3-month probationary period
• Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications
• Work week: 36 hours
• Vacation: 21 days (7 compulsory)

Location: Bonaire is a beautiful island in the southern Caribbean, renowned for its stunning landscapes and vibrant underwater life. It offers an ideal environment for outdoor enthusiasts, with world-class diving, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and deep-sea fishing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ETOPS, transit, and pre-flight inspections on Boeing 787-800 GENX aircraft
• Conduct defect rectification, troubleshooting, and aircraft servicing
• Provide manpower support on the islands of Curaçao and Aruba as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Boeing 787-800 GENX aircraft
• EASA Part 66 B1 License with a type rating on the Boeing 787-800 GENX engine
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Additional Considerations:

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (preferred)
• Type ratings on B737NG/MAX and A320 NEO (preferred)
• Eligibility to work in the EU
