Job Title : Advisor for Digital/Chief Technology Officer

Reports to: Vice President Chief Technology Officer

Job Purpose: The successful candidate will advise the Vice President Chief Technology Officer on the department's significance matters including projects and operations. This role is highly responsible and of a confidential nature with multiple tasks including advice and general support duties.

Essential Job Function:

1 to submit a plan.

Q2 30% plan execution.

Q3 performance review and reset goal if needed.

Q4 90% Achievement

Experience in Digital Technology

Build, implement and Sustain a plan.

Ensure policies, procedures, controls and legislations are implemented effectively.

Deliver a cost-effective and quality service to both internal and external customers.

Study existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence or advising management on needed actions.

Prepare reports timely and accurately while Undertaking a range of established standardised office routines and activities to support the VP.

Advise on Key Policy Matters of operational and institutional significance and project delivery.

Advise on issues of digital Transformation.

Advice on issues of Corporate Significance.

Provide inputs on strategy and budget preparation within the department.

Participate in the departments long term and short term goals.

Analysis the operations plans, performance level and business case proposal and advise accordingly.

Identify and research industry trends and advise accordingly.

Comply with all relevant safety and environmental management policies, pro-cedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

Candidate Requirements:

- Masters Degree in Information Technology, Change Management , or any related field (Experience: WE 12 Years / RF 5 Years / SR 4 Years).

- Qualifications and experience might be also determined as per the recommendations of the VP.

Any certificates or licenses recognized and approved by the aviation authorities or General Authority of Civil Aviation such as Airframe and Powerplant is preferred.
