JOB SUMMARY

The CRR Support will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Enter information into databases or software programs and verify accuracy of data.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Enters data from a source document into a computer system. Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness.

* Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.

* Interacts with customers, Contracts and/or Program Management via telephone or email to handle a variety of customer return functions.

* Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory.

* Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.

* Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Demonstrates familiarity of job duties (typically 1-2 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position)

Competencies:

* Comprehension - Understand and apply information conveyed in written and oral methods

* Customer service - Understand and quickly respond to customer needs

* Communication - Communicate information and ideas, written and verbal, so others will understand

* Problem solving - Identify when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. Coordinate with others to resolve the issue

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

* Must be a US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible.

* An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
