The role Reporting in to the Head of Design the Administrative Assistant will support and provide administrative tasks on a daily basis Calendar Management, organising of meetings, managing diaries and arrangement of conferences Booking of meeting rooms and preparation of this for site visitors and VP's within the business Dealing with and responding to correspondence via emails or letters in a professional manner Travel arrangements as required Preparing reports Preparing of expenses Monitor of stationary and stock
You This position would suit a professional candidate who is comfortable in the undertaking of administrative tasks defined by the team, with excellent communications skills with the ability to work with high profile stakeholders within the business.
Skills Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools including, Word, Excel and Outlook Good standard of Education Previous experience within a similar role would be preferred
The company 37 hours per week with an early finish on Friday On site parking Canteen on site on going temp role must be able to go through a security clearance procedure and BPSS check
