Oaklands Global is currently recruiting an Accounts Administration Assistant on behalf of our reputable aviation client based in Farnborough.
This is a permanent/contract/fixed-term position.
Administration/Filing and Scanning duties within the Finance Department.
The Accounts Administration Assistant should carry out at least the following functions to
support the PL accounts assistants with any work overflow. To include but not restricted to:
· PL invoice query resolution.
· Petty Cash administration
· Support the EU Air Management Accountants with various accounting tasks
· A basic knowledge of purchase ledger processes and accounts.
· A good standard of IT skills being proficient in Excel and Word.
· The ability to plan their workload and to work with minimal supervision.
· Good organisational, communication and IT skills.
· An outgoing friendly personality with the ability to work within a small team and be an active team member.
· Experience in an office environment.
