HR Payroll Specialist FR

 

Resource Group is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to join the Madrid Team on permanent basis.

The successful candidate will support the Acc. Executive & Team Leader on accounts under the French jurisdiction and as a general basis to other accounts. He/she will support the Madrid Office in terms of personal care, contracts, new starters, leavers, payroll among other daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalen
  • A 3 years of experience, ideally liaising with HR and payroll.
  • Experience working in a Human Resources department with employees, explaining payroll and solving tasks.
  • Experience writing business communications such as e-mails, letters and advertisements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Advance Spanish, English and French languages skills.
  • Experience in the Aviation & Aerospace industry is highly valuable

Main Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Registration and on boarding in France
  • Liaison with external agencies, for compliance purposes if applicable.
  • Arrange medical appointments (mandatory in France)
  • Ensure the registration of Social security for employees
  • Creation of New Starter Forms as needed.
  • Issuing contracts accordingly
  • Support the updating of records and documentation.
  • Support the assurance of the well-being of the Spanish accounts
  • Personal care for other accounts, as needed.

Resourcing duties:

  • Identify potential needs among the clients network.
  • Receive new requests from clients – gather all relevant information regarding the role, type of contract and general terms and conditions for the position.
  • Candidate search using all appropriate methods.
  • Liaise with the administrator so he/she standardises successful candidates´ CVs
