1.Understand, interpret, and implement manufacturing documentation and procedures.
2.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
3.Assemble components to wheel and brake units as required for customer delivery.
4.Operate production equipment per operating instructions.
5.Accurate operation of dimensional measuring instruments and test equipment.
6.Utilize data collection systems to accurately documentmonitor/track production processes/products.
7.Box and palletize units for customer order fulfillment, as required.
8.Perform minor preventive maintenance on equipment
9.Safe operation/use of production, material handling and other equipment.
10.Support and follow Quality, Safety, Environment, Process, Engineering and Personnel procedures/policies.
11.Communicate ideas/opportunities for continuous improvement.
1.The physical ability perform manual labor requiring climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
2.The physical ability to work in/near electro-magnetic fields, work in confined spaces and wear a respirator and/or self-contained breathing apparatus.
3.Vocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment.
4.The worker is subject to exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions, extreme heat and cold, noise, vibration, atmospheric conditions, oils and other related industrial hazards
Candidate skills & requirements
1.Ability to effectively read and interpret engineering drawings (ASME Y14.5 preferred).
2.Mechanical aptitude and ability to effectively learn and use technical information.
3.The ability to excel in a team oriented, problem-solving environment.
4.The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
5.Proactive, self-directed individual with ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects effectively.
6.Ability to effectively analyze information and identify root causes to trouble shoot and solve problems
7.Understand and follow Messier-Bugatti USA procedures, operating manuals, work instructions and standard operating procedures required to support Messier-Bugatti USA goals.
8.Continued development and expansion technical knowledge and skills.
9.Consistently report to work as scheduled prepared to perform duties of position.
10.High School Diploma/GED required.
11.Three (3) to five (5) years manufacturing experience.
12.Experience using engineering drawings and processing specifications (ASME Y14.5 trained a plus).
13.Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel a plus)
