Training Coordinator

Reporting to the Flight Administration Manager, the Training Coordinator plans and coordinates training resources for New Hire Pilot candidates and Line Pilots transitioning to new aircraft

* Collaborates with Training Department and Program Managers to review and maintain New Hire and transition training, key milestones and Release to Line timeframes

* Manages training materials for New Hire pilot candidates and Line Pilots transitioning to new aircraft

* Plans, schedules and monitors training timelines for all fleet types

* Provides support to the Travel Department booking airfare, hotel and rental cars for New Hire Pilot Trainees and Line Pilots transitioning into a new aircraft

* Oversee the corporate Jeppesen account for all Pilots and Bases

* Oversee distribution of checklists and weight and balance calculators for all aircraft

* Setup classroom for Ameriflight’s monthly Basic Indoctrination Ground School

* Monitor the epaulet and wing management for all Pilots and Bases

Qualifications

* Minimum two years in the aviation industry (Records, Planning, Scheduling) is preferred

* Strong organizational and record keeping skills, with attention to detail

* Ability to collaborate with a team as well as work independently without supervision

* Proficient with Office 365, with in-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability and drive to improve processes already in place
