ZENETEX is seeking a qualified Technical Recruiter to join a proactive, energetic and successful department. A successful candidate will perform full life-cycle recruiting for highly complex, fully cleared intelligence, program security, engineering and information assurance professionals throughout multiple government agencies. Our Technical Recruiters work closely with hiring managers to assess their recruiting and business needs in order to hire qualified professionals. We are seeking a strong candidate for this role, which could work out of either one of our Herndon, VA or California, MD offices. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings as well as proposals for new business development * Proactively develop pipeline for future talent * Utilize social media, job boards, and additional databases to network with relevant professionals to identify top talent * Participation in recruiting events and networking activities may require alternate work schedules, as business needs required * Source for qualified candidates utilizing personal network, social media and web based search tools * Communicate with hiring managers including effectively listening to, and understanding their verbal requirements of the technical candidates that they are seeking * Input all candidate information and record of contact into ICIMS for future reference and compliance * Responsible for driving and participating in regular recruiting meetings to discuss prioritization and tactics Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of technical training, education or work experience * A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in recruiting or sourcing is required * Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes of technical recruiting, including relevant laws, standards, policies and documentation * Hands on experience with web based Applicant Tracking Systems: ADP or iCIMS preferred * Ability to provide full life cycle recruiting support to multi-programs across the country * Intelligence Community and/or Special Access Program experience is highly desired * Strong communication and organization skills * Experience utilizing social media tools, strong web navigation skills and a high comfort level with various Microsoft applications is required * Word * Excel * Outlook Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and may require the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
