Develops all proprietary programs publication elements for new or fielded major equipment system or multiple sub systems. Collects, researches and analyzes source data. Identifies source data inaccuracies and takes corrective action. Develops technical publication project plan, budget and baseline schedules. Estimates the impact of the proposal or changes to the publication elements. Develops graphics, updates publication elements based on internal/external reviews, source data changes and equipment modifications.

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Must have a current/active Secret security clearance or a Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with an investigation date not older than six years.
Experience using the following programs to create and document work: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous experience using data analytics (qualitative and quantitative techniques)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Minimum of 3 years of experience with F-15 integrated avionics.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience with developing technical data.
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
