Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a level 2 Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Engineer to support the Executive Transport Services and Support (ETS&S) Program’s International Global Services and Support GSG) team. This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
GSG is the international arm of the ETS&S program, developing and supporting International Head of State Commercial derivative aircraft around the globe. This unique and exciting role requires an understanding of the systems engineering process with an emphasis on the integration and test. In this role, the individual is expected to be able to mentor and grow talent within the engineering team as well as develop plans to execute a task throughout its lifecycle. The individual must be enthusiastic and hands on in their approach and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some travel may be required, national and international.
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
Develops System-Level Interface Control Documents (ICD), manages and verifies, the functional, physical and logical interfaces of the system.
Develops test procedures, conducts real-time and post-test data analysis and reporting. Creates test discrepancy reports to document issues and assists development with the investigation and resolution of issues.
Validates system by inspection, analysis, test, and demonstration to assure that the system architecture and design concepts satisfy the intent of the customer requirements.
Collects data and reports the progress and status of integration and checkout activities, and evaluates results and coordinates resolution of disapproved integration and checkout.
Develops and documents sections of the verification plan based on verification requirements to identify sequence of activities, processes, tools, equipment, facilities, and other resources needed to accomplish requirements verification, to enable initiation of the verification efforts.
Support all elements of systems engineering as needed including stakeholder needs analysis, technical measure definition requirements and architecture development, aircraft certification activities, and technical subcontract management activities.

Basic Qualifications (Required):
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Preferred Skills (Assets):
* Education / Experience with Systems Engineering principles.
* Experience leading projects and initiatives across multiple functions.
* Experience in Avionics systems such as: AFCS, GPS, Flight Displays, IFF, UHF/VHF, TACAN, ADS-B, HF, etc.
* Experience with DOORs, Rhapsody, and/or Mentor Graphics.
Typical Education / Experience:
Bachelor's and 2 or more years' experience or a Master's degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
