Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking a Station Manager for a long standing rotary client in central Europe.

Candidates must have Management/Supervisory experience and either B1.3 or B2 license with EC145 type rating or good experience on aircraft.
Station manager (m/f/d)
Requirements:
- Test license according to EASA Part 66 CAT B1.3/C or CAT B2/C
- Experience in maintenance and maintenance as well as aircraft equipment
- Extensive professional experience in aircraft technology and in working as a certifying staff
- Type Rating H 145 desirable
- Experience in setting up, leading and organizing a line station
Tasks:
- Station organization incl. operational and operational management, warehouse and material output as well as personnel deployment planning
- Planning and control of the H 145 fleet with regard to customer requirements and maintenance events
- Close coordination with customer representatives on site
- Responsibility for compliance with the guidelines according to the MOE, as well as for infrastructure, occupational safety and environmental protection at the line station
- Ensuring the contractually promised provision of helicopters
- Granting Approvals as Certifying Staff CAT 1.3/C or CAT B2/C
Personal skills:

- Good knowledge of English in words and writing
