Aftermarket Finance is searching for a Financial Analyst for our flight hour agreements (FHA) and repair sites.
Responsible for financial analysis, reporting and administration of flight hour agreements. This includes quarterly financial status estimates for the duration of these long-term contracts. The position also requires financial consolidation and reporting for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) sites located throughout the world.
Will work across different cross functional groups in support of the above responsibilities and Aftermarket initiatives (operations, pricing, supply chain, etc.).
Will work closely with FHA managers and operations managers to develop/update estimate to completion (EAC) for FHA contracts.
Consolidation and analysis of FHA and MRO monthly results and forecasts, annual business plan (one year) and strategic plans (5-10 years).
Support ad hoc requests from FHA and MRO areas to determine financial impact regarding customer contract obligations and negotiations. Assist in financial reviews of bid and proposal (B&P) packages.
Support month end close and provide accounting journal entries as required. Assist in providing information and review of accounting issues when necessary, including audit support and preparing account reconciliations in the ARMS system.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related degree with 4-7+ years experience
Must be a US person
4-5+ years of experience in a financial and accounting role
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related degree with 2-5+ years experience
Knowledge of financial statements, U.S. GAAP, financial modeling and strong PC skills are required.
Must be able to effectively plan and prioritize multiple tasks to meet due dates and support the enterprise.
Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel. Position requires working in SAP, HFM, and accessing SAP data through Business Warehouse or Business Objects queries.
Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees including middle and senior management.
