The Sr. Corporate Recruiter offers full-cycle strategic recruitment and staffing support to Frontier Airlines’ hiring managers.  The recruiter provides support, development and training with internal employees regarding career advancement opportunities and serves as a coach and mentor to recruiting staff to assist in difficult staffing situations. The successful candidate will work independently to recruit positions up to Manager-level and will partner with the Staffing Manager on positions at Director-level and above.  Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:


  • Full-cycle recruiting including: partnering with hiring leaders to identify the mediums and details of each candidate search, educating hiring leaders and employees on hiring processes and guidelines, screening of resumes for qualifications and hiring manager preferences, telephone or video screening candidates, facilitating and participating in interviews, facilitating the compensation and job offer processes, scheduling and facilitating completion of pre-employment paperwork and other processes
  • Developing and maintain strategic partnerships with regard to workforce planning for all hiring leader that the recruiter supports
  • Developing candidate pools for on-going recruitment efforts
  • Identify new recruiting strategies to source quality talent
  • Providing career coaching and training to internal candidates
  • Serving as a coach and mentor for other members of the Human Resources team
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting
  • Prefer a minimum of 5 years recruiting experience but will consider other related experience for candidates that meet the 4 year minimum.
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field; combination of education and relevant human resources experience considered in lieu of degree
  • High school diploma or GED
  • HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent)
  • Prior airline experience preferred
  • Occasional travel required
