Job Description


  • Complete transaction evaluations and coordinate with corporate and operational departments to prevent fraudulent ticket usage.


  • Evaluate real time credit card sales in order to detect potential fraudulent activity

  • Take appropriate course of action to identify and curtail fraudulent activity, using internal/external fraud tools and Sabre

  • Contact credit card holders, credit card companies, and banks for credit card purchase verifications

  • Coordinate activity with Airport Customer Service departments and Corporate Security personnel in an effort to prevent fraudulent ticket usage

  • Complete other related tasks/projects, as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years work experience within airline, travel agency, law enforcement, or credit card authorization/processing fields
  • Outstanding analytical thinking abilities; excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and make sound business decisions, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with external contacts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software; strong working knowledge of Sabre and PNR data
  • Familiarity with passenger ticketing, pricing, reporting, and processing preferred
  • Must be able to work shifts including weekends and holidays
