About The Job

This job is a member of the Integrated Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division. This position will be responsible for the preparation, editing, standardization and publication of red-line changes in company manuals to meet established FAA and corporate guidelines.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* Uses HTML/SGML/SML authoring tools to incorporate red line changes into company manuals (General Procedures Manual, etc.) in eManuals system

* Conducts self-audits / proofing as required

* Publishes and coordinates manual releases as scheduled

* Documents and troubleshoots publishing software issues

* Updates Excel spreadsheets on an as needed basis

* Documents and maintains desktop procedures

* Researches revision history requests as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* Technical school diploma in related field (i.e. English, page layout, Journalism, etc.)

* Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, oral/written communication and proficient PC skills

* Self-motivated, yet team oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision

* Detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in related field

* Experience in SGML/XML/HTML, PDF and graphic formats a plus

* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Expressions

* Sharepoint experience

* Project management experience
