Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be the single interface for the entire Customer for maintenance, supply, and logistics efforts in support of the program contract.

Principal Accountabilities

Manage day-to-day program support including maintenance and logistics support (supply, training, facilities, support equipment, etc.).
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, assigning and directing work, determining work schedules, monitoring and assessing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining, resolving problems, and communicating necessary information on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate and manage the technical and administrative operations and all other aspects of the program to ensure timely availability of program deliverables to meet specified operational requirements.
Ensure contract performance efficiency.
Provide expertise and advice to the Customer and his staff on system, technical, and logistics matters and the effective use of CMS efforts.
Provide assistance, technical expertise, and training to customer officers, enlisted personnel, and civilians in the support of program.
Coordinate the program in accordance with Customer Contract and DynCorp Policy and Procedures
Support OJT and cross training of customer personnel according to the contract and request
Determines standardized procedures and work schedules to improve efficiency of subordinates.
Perform other qualified duties as assigned

Skilled in motivating employees to perform to the best of their capabilities, with an ability to effectively delegate work, coach, train, prioritize work assignments, and evaluate employee job performance
Strong expertise in maintenance, supply, and logistics standards and procedures
Interpersonal skills necessary to lead, coach, and mentor others toward a desired outcome
Ability to develop and accomplish independent work plans, clearly defining objectives
Ability to coordinate and lead complex projects
Skill in working independently and following through on assignments
Ability to coordinate material, information, and/or people in a systematic way to optimize efficiency and minimize duplication of effort
Knowledge of Safety standards and general experience in dealing with environmental issues
Experience & Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
Six (6) years of experience in related field
At least (4) years’ experience in a leadership role for maintenance or mechanic workers
Physical Requirements/Working Environment

Works in normal office environment
