This recruitment is for a Senior Safety Systems Analyst working within the Ravn Air Group
Safety Department. This position will be located in Anchorage, Alaska. This is a full time,
benefit eligible position. Schedule Monday-Friday with potential for evening/weekend hours
as business dictates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Safety Systems Analyst reports directly to the Director of Safety Assurance and is responsible
for overseeing data collection and retrieval, data security, and protection of content provided within
employee reports. The Senior Safety Systems Analyst also serves as administrative support to the Safety
Actions Groups. The duties of the Senior Safety Systems Analyst include, but are not limited to: 1. Manage the Ravn Air Group employee reporting system. 2. Ensure all report submissions within the employee reporting system are acknowledged in a timely

manner and provide updates on the status of report closure to submitters. 3. Ensure all reports are assigned to appropriate analysts for assessment, investigation, corrective action
planning, and closure. 4. Ensure immediate notifications are made to the Director of Safety Assurance for any R3+ reports. 5. Manage the development and preparation of presentation material(s) for the Safety Action Groups. 6. Manage the development and preparation of presentation material(s) for the Safety Review Board. 7. Coordinate the publishing of a quarterly Safety Newsletter to effectively communicate all elements of
the SMS, Flight, and Ground Safety programs. 8. Develop and present training in the use of the employee reporting system to all user levels. 9. Evaluate safety performance indicators for tracking of target vs. actual performance data. 10. Other duties, as assigned by the Director of Safety Assurance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or GED 2. 2+ years of airline industry experience 3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 4. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 5. Knowledge of workplace and employee safety regulations, standards and best practices 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of safety information 7. Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills 8. Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects 9. Ability to accurately complete projects on time
