The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization has an
exciting opportunity for a Canadian C-17 International Program Manager. The program manager will be part of a Boeing
team co-located with our USAF customers at the Warner Robins ALC facility in
Warner Robins, Georgia.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
the C-17 Sustainment International Program Management team with execution tasks
associated with existing contracts to include sustainment and infrastructure
programs as well as the development of new business opportunities for Royal
Canadian Air Force customers associated with long term sustainment and
directly with the USAF Security Assistance Program Manager and the
International Foreign Liaison Officer to ensure key relationships and
partnerships are being developed and maintained.

Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
leading or managing a team or project
working with Integrated Product Teams
with Foreign Military Sales processes and procedures
on Project/Programs, with excellent mastery of Leadership skills/attributes, as
well as high level of experience in applying diversity and inclusive behavior/perspectives
monitoring metrics to ensure performance to investment and execution plans
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
implementing using Program Management Best Practices
degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's
degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
