American Airlines, Inc. has multiple openings for Senior Information Security Architect to perform the following duties: Responsible for working across technology and security teams to develop and deploy technical controls and secure architectures to protect the integrity of data. Design security systems or controls taking into consideration functional and non-functional requirements. Review requirements and create architecture artifacts, and meet proper enterprise standards. Create technology roadmaps and provide guidance for utilizing solutions to customers. Research and design security systems that fit within the Enterprise and Security strategies. Create and develop proof of concepts. Perform vendor review, business risk analysis, protocol evaluation, and technical vulnerability assessments. Develop strategies and plans to enforce security requirements and address identified risks by working with information security leadership. Collaborate on critical security projects to identify and document best practices within the enterprise and vendor applications and hardware to design and secure architectures for their deployment. Study, understand, and document current application architectures and implementations for assigned domains. Create “as-is” vs “to-be” architecture and Gap Analysis documents. Drive end-to-end security process development.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in IT Security and demonstrated experience in: HSM (Hardware Security Module): Safenet, CMS (Certificate Management Solution): Venafi, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure): MS PKI 2008, 2012, and RSA Keon, NAC (Network Access Control): Cisco ISE and Aruba, FIM (File Integrity Monitoring): Trend, MFA (Multi Factor Authentication): RSA Security Manager and DUO, Endpoint Defense: Carbon Black, Web Gateways: Mcafee and Bluecoat, DDoS Solution: Akamai Prolexic, Firewall & Network Assurance: Skybox Security. RADIUS: Microsoft NPS (Network Policy Server), Directory Services: MS Active Directory 2008 and 2012, Security Awareness: Phisline, Tokenization: RSA, Antivirus: Trend Office Scan, Microsegmentation: Trend DSM, Airline Industry Experience
Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F.
