Boeing Shared Services Group is seeking an experienced facilities analyst to join their growing team in Mesa, AZ. This position will be focused on maintenance and reliability of Boeing sites across the enterprise.
Basic Role and Responsibilities:
Maintenance Analyst with experience in reliability, preventative, predictive and total productive maintenance concepts and tools.
Primary tasks will be to develop processes, standards, and programs to leverage best practices across the enterprise. Preferable to have 10-15 years direct experience in a factory environment with a proven track record of implementing maintenance programs and initiatives as well as tracking performance to plan via an integrated suite of metrics. Desire is to improve asset reliability while reducing operating costs as measured from a total life cycle perspective.
Experience in leading teams in a workshop environment to develop and implement best practices is a desirable attribute including presenting and soliciting approval from all key stakeholders including the Executive Leadership team.
Working knowledge of SAMI Pyramid or equivalent reliability based models and proficiency in most computer applications including excellent working knowledge of maximo. Some key talent attributes required include: proven change agent, sustained performance at an above average level, customer focused with proven track record of negotiating requirements and delivering results, team player and results oriented, and a proponent of continual learning and growth. Demonstrated ability to lead from the left and drive change will be another key attribute for this job.

Preferred, Associates Degree or 10+ years of equivalent Work Experience specific to the Roles and Responsibilities of this job.

Experience with project management tools including developing plans and managing issues / risks
Experience using Maximo or other computerized maintenance software systems

Experience with site services and/or facilities
Experience as a maintenance planner and/or scheduler
Experience with facilities and logistics data
