Key Responsibilities

* Develop and drive the business strategy and P&L for HA Vacations (packages, hotels, car rentals, ground transportation, tours & activities, trip insurance), HA Travel Products (Extra Comfort/Preferred Seats, Gift Cards/Certificates, FareHold), and baggage
* Drive the growth of travel products by collaborating with senior executives and operational leaders across Commercial, Finance, IT and Operations

* Establish and manage key relationships with hotels, car rental companies and other travel partners

* Develop, implement and manage new ancillary revenue businesses
* Drive ancillary revenue growth across the organization
* Identify new travel product opportunities, develop business cases, negotiate partnerships and champion execution of new opportunities

* Monitor competitive ancillary revenue developments
* Coach and develop team members


Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Eight years of professional experience, with at least five years of relevant industry / functional experience

* Proven track record managing a multi-million dollar P&L
* Experience selling, negotiating and growing partnerships
* Business development, marketing, e-commerce, and project management experience

* Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic, market-based solutions

* Experience managing and developing teams
* Executive presence and the ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels both externally and internally to drive results

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to be an effective representative and key liaison

* Outstanding problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and business judgment

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA, executive education or equivalent
* Experience in Hawaii tourism
* Revenue management experience
