General responsibilities of the position: Area of Expertise:
Development of long-range business objectives and strategic plans by identifying internal and external strategic issues that could affect growth and profitability. Analysis of environment for business opportunities and surveillance of the market. Evaluation and review of major marketing, distribution, and manufacturing proposals. Financial analysis of acquisition candidates.

Level of Responsibility:
· Responsible for several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project;
· Contributes to their team or department by applying their knowledge of one or more functional areas;
· Fully developed professional able to work with out direct guidance or direction from others;
· Has in depth knowledge of the discipline and role.

Specific responsibilities of position: ·Research, analyze and evaluate a variety of private and public investment opportunities;
·Manage dynamic pipeline of opportunities and refresh the opportunities by validating the purpose with all internal business units;
·Build complex dynamic financial models to analyze investment opportunities;
·Perform due diligence on opportunities and review 3rd party due diligence reports;
·Perform valuation analysis, including DCF, precedent transactions and comparable company analysis;
·Assist the team in creating investment recommendations outlining potential investment opportunities;
·Create presentation of investment recommendations;
·Assist in presenting investment recommendations to all decisional committes.

Qualifications required: · Bachelor degree with 4 to 7 years experience;
· Master degree with 3 to 5 years experience;
·Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Big 4 Audit/Transaction Services;
·CFA or FRM designation is considered an asset;
·Experience with Thomson Reuters Eikon and/or CapitalIQ;
·Strong hability in PowerPoint presentation.
