ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Analyst to support our government customer at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Coordinate and produce requirements for CH-53E/K heavy lift assault support aircraft * Utilize knowledge of aviation information exchange devices, tactical data links, and degraded visual environment tactical procedures and material solutions for rotorcraft to complete required tasks * Develop requirements documents to meet milestone decision timelines to ensure compliance with JCIDS and the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives * Conduct research and provide recommendations to support the development of aircraft programs supporting the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) and Joint requirements to support program acquisition * Support the preparation of requirements documentation such as Initial Capacities Documents, Capability Development Documents, Capabilities Production Documents, and related DODAF architecture products * Support development of service Deliberate and Urgent User Needs Statements, Analysis of Alternatives, Concepts of Employment, and Concepts of Operations * Support requirements and operational analysis studies as needed * Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with applicable DoD Directives and Instructions and mission requirements * Attend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards * Participate in degraded visual environment and digital interoperability working groups for requirements development when needed Education and Experience Requirements * Master’s Degree in a business, management or technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience related to USMC aviation particular to assault support rotary wing or tilt rotor platforms, with emphasis on requirements management * An additional 4 years of related experience is required with a bachelor’s degree * Must have knowledge of requirements development and management and the acquisition process including research, development, testing, systems analysis/design * Demonstrated knowledge with the DoD JCIDS and SECNAV 5000 acquisition series, DoD acquisitions, and PPBE process is required * Must have working knowledge of airborne tactical data links Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
