The Scrum Master provides effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership and coaching skills supporting the Agile development processes and delivery of software applications for Frontier Airlines. As an Agile expert, the Scrum Master will be responsible for enforcing the Agile tenets as interpreted by the development team, removing impediments and promoting transparency. The Scrum Master will utilize applicable adaptions of Agile practices, principles and tools to deal with emerging challenges and disagreements amongst the IT development team.
