We are currently searching for a Resourcer for our Basingstoke Office. You will ensure the delivery of excellent recruitment services to candidates, clients, and Account Managers completing all necessary client and candidate facing tasks.
Sourcing for multiple roles across the aviation industry using company database, 3rd party databases and website media.
To manage candidates through the recruitment process.
To conduct candidate telephone interviews against client requirements.
Candidate documentation and identification checks.
Extensive telephone liaison with candidates, Account Managers and the wider business.
To manage own time and tasks to meet given targets.
To comply with Company quality processes and procedures
To work as a co-operative member of the team and to assist others
Improving your own and the teams market knowledge.
Improving your own sales and candidate management skills.
Working with management to identify own development needs and request relevant training.
Ability to build relationships
Great phone manner
• GCSE or higher including English Language and Maths
• A second European language would be an advantage
