The Requirement Analyst will have 1-3 years of requirement development experience. Additional experience in project planning, design verification, requirements development, reviewing specifications, test planning, object-oriented programming and load stress testing is also welcomed. This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA.

•Enthusiastic, hard-working, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently.
•Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
•Capture, develop, derive and document system requirements, develop technical approaches that ensure coherence and efficiency in product development.
•Support the architectural integrity of mutually dependent software components as they are integrated together into a whole software product release.
•Evaluate and perform system hardware/software impact analysis on change requests.
•Perform assessments of verification processes and activities to ensure proper coverage of functionality and performance evaluations of new software products as they are being developed.
•Participate/plan and perform requirement reviews with internal and customer personnel.
•Interface with software developers and software testers to resolve inconsistencies and inadequacies as they occur.
•Ensure the delivered product meets the system requirements.
•Work as a team member to make sure that each project is finished as scheduled.
•Work with Development Engineers to define requirements, explain defects, and improve the product.
•Assist with the creation and verification of software product documentation and verify its applicability and ease of use.
