ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of Federal agencies and commercial organizations nationwide. We have an opportunity for a Reporting Analyst/SME II to support a major government customer in Springfield, VA. Primary Duties and Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for developing reporting requirements from a project's inception to its conclusion for the US Customs and Border Patrol Office of Information Technology in Springfield, VA. Duties will include: * Building strong relationships with internal customers in order to understand and document their needs, and then apply the technology that accurately addresses those needs * Providing a link between raw enterprise data and management, with responsibility for data extraction, analysis, and transformation into a meaningful format that enables accurate data-driven decisions * Designing clear and concise data visualizations via reports and dashboards that maximize audience understanding Education and Experience Requirements * Qualified candidates will possess and apply expertise on complex work assignments which are broad in nature. * Demonstrated ability to find original and innovative solutions to accomplish tasks, and to apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments * Knowledge of Agile development knowledge is helpful * Excellent communication skills are required in order to successfully partner with internal customers and be able rapidly prototype solutions that meet their needs * Bachelor’s degree highly preferred * 5 years of related experience is required, with at least 2 years-experience in Reporting and Dashboard development * Experience with CBP and/or DHS programs is preferred * ITIL Foundation certification highly desirable * An expert level of proficiency will be required with MS Office and Power BI Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a CBP Suitability clearance.
