KBRwyle is seeking a talented recruiter to join our Recruiting Team. The selected candidate will focus on creating and driving candidate generation strategies to support several different Aerospace Business Units. KBRwyle is looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills that can roll up their sleeves and work hard to find smart and innovative talent. The candidate will have experience setting goals, prioritizing to meet hiring managers’ expectations and managing searches against tight deadlines. Candidate must understand how to find and recruit passive candidates and be able to gauge candidate fit within the organization. Candidate will proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various means such as market research, networking, social media as well as utilizing search engines. Candidate will be expected to work directly with hiring managers to foster collaborative relationships with operations team and to train managers on KBRwyle's hiring process and the use of our ATS.
Education/Experience: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of experience in a recruiting role (staffing agency/search firm experience and experience with DoD industry strongly preferred). Seven (7) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have experience with passive recruiting in technical and non-technical roles. Top notch communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Recruiting in Intel and Federal Civilian spaces is highly desired. Familiarity with OFCCP and government compliance is preferred. Use of social media for sourcing passive candidates is highly desired.
