Position Description 

Answering main switchboard phones, obtaining information from callers to properly route phone calls

Greeting visitors to the facility and issuing visitor badges according to FAA regulations

Light typing and 10-key duties

Maintain neat and organized reception area

Attend to needs of visitors, giving directions and assistance to visitors

Assisting Customer Project Managers with customers’ needs as necessary

Work in a Team environment to support Finance/IT/HR.  Provide support to other departments as scheduling allows.

Participate in inter-departmental projects. 

Maintain reservation schedule for various conference rooms

Filing (paper files and electronic), scanning, emailing, faxing, phone calls

May perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements 

MS Office skills with experience in Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word

Touch typing and 10-key by touch

Computer/internet literacy

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pleasant, positive, cheerful, and professional demeanor

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently after a reasonable training period

Ability to provide excellent customer service to customers, visitors, and coworkers in many departments
