Boeing Engineering, Test & Technology (ET&T) is looking for an Program Planning & Control Integrated Scheduling Specialist, part of the Program Management family, to join our dynamic team! As the successful candidate, you will apply an understanding and working knowledge of the processes involved in program planning and scheduling including schedule performance measurement techniques and associated cost measurement techniques along with risk and opportunity analyses. You will also perform preparation, development, and coordination of a segment of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements of an aspect of new business acquisition and proposal; perform less complex integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners; support risk and opportunity analyses; resolve assigned critical path issues; identify and recommend solutions to network logic conflicts; assist in identifying and reporting schedule performance measurement techniques and associated cost measurement techniques; identify and report performance variances; and perform scheduling impact analyses related to change requests and incorporate approved changes.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to utilize advanced excel models in PowerPivot to provide dynamic reports and analysis to your customers assisting them with successful path forward.

Qualifications

Level 2 - Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, or 5 years of scheduling experience is required for this position.

Project Controls, Primavera, PMBOK, MS Project familiarity and Certified Associate in Project Management Certification (CAPM) a plus but not required. Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, Desktop BI skills also desirable.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
