ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. ZENETEX is seeking a Program Analyst to support a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program at our California Maryland (Wildewood) Office. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Prepare and draft Amendments and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs); Draft and route official correspondence and memos; Attend meetings and reviews – take actions as necessary; Monitor case status and provide updates to case managers; Knowledge and expertise in submitting international travel using Travel Tracker and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS); Knowledge and proficiency with training requirements for international travel and the ability to maintain knowledge on updates/changes to travel requirements based on the Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG); Draft and prepare briefs and case management documents for Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads and Leadership; Coordinate and schedule meetings; Knowledge setting up Video Teleconferences (VTCs) and Conference lines; Create spreadsheets and track documents; Assist and draft information for technical evaluations, Statements of Work (SOWs) and Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs); Knowledge and proficiency using SharePoint; Prepare and finalize documents and briefs for Program Management Reviews (PMRs); Coordinate and arrange PMR agenda, facility location and all aspects of meetings with Case Managers, Leadership, International Customers and Industry; Attend, drive computer and take notes during PMRs; Develop and submit white papers, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) request, Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) letters; Provide technical, format and grammar corrections on Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs) and Informal Performance Assessment Reports (IPARs) based on contractual directives and US Government policy; Ability to train and assist others on processes and procedures to ensure accuracy on reports; Ability to communicate effectively with high ranking officials; Exercise clear written communication on a daily basis with Government customers, Leadership, International customers, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Industry. Education and Experience Requirements * BS or BA degree in a business, management, or technical discipline; Requires three (3) years of relevant work experience supporting U. S. Government programs (Allowable substitution: AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; or an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree) * Knowledge of FMS terminology required * Extensive experience with MS Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel-strong skill set required Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
