* • Perform Quality Core Tasks:
o Non-conformance analysis to support reduction of non-conformances, rework, and scrap in the Machine Shop (M/Shop)
o Coach / train M/Shop hourly and staff personnel on Root Cause / Corrective Action (RCCA) and problem solving as part of M/Shop Quality Improvement / Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) initiatives
o Conduct product / process / workstation audits
o Support 3rd party / Customer audits
* • Provide support to M/Shop
o To reduce non-conformances, scrap & rework to:
o Support the One Safran Model, QRQC, 5S, TPM & Tooling Mgmt
o Support Continuous Improvement. PFMEA participation, assist with introducing Variation Management / SPC
o Support Industrialisation Process – DVI / FAI planning
o Perform timely execution of QA Review and execute Add Info on M/Shop NCR's raised in QIS
* • Mechanical engineering / Machining / Manufacturing Engineering background
* • Thorough understanding of GD&T and manufacturing methods that include milling, turning, honing, grinding and inspection techniques
* • Ability to understand CNC / CMM programs and error-proofing methods
* • Excellent problem solving skills / aptitude
* • Able to work in MS Office 2000 environment
* • Familiar with QIS
* • Solid interpersonal skills
