The Planning and Reporting Coordinator leads the resource planning for the Station. The post holder will ensure the delivery of seasonal planning and rostering to operational departments in line with approved KPI’s and carrier SLA’s. The post-holder will ensure planning is delivered to agreed timescales and in line with standards, driving initiatives to improve productivity and financial control. The role will work closely with the Financial Controller and Operational Managers to provide accurate reporting to support the effective monitoring of financial and operational KPIs.
The post holder will be instrumental in ensuring the operation has the resources required to meet business needs within the financial parameters provided.
