Reporting to the Overseas Operations Support Manager, the Overseas Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Jet2holidaysOverseas Operations Team.
In this fast paced and exciting role, you will assist the Jet2holidaysOverseas Operations Team in the day to day running of the department, whilst providing essential administrative support to Senior Managers by coordinating their mailbox, diary and schedule, business travel plans and expenses. General admin duties will include completing tasks such as organisation and preparation of meetings, taking minutes and circulating actions, managing a shared inbox, booking business travel for the wider team, producing customer-facing material for the overseas teams, updating logistics reports and carrying out any adhoc reporting.
The successful candidate will be personable and outgoing with the ability to work alongside Senior Management and communicate effectively at all levels across the business. You will be self-motivated, organised, pro-active, with a strong attention to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior administration experience is desirable for this role.
