General Purpose: Perform manufacturing related duties. Perform analysis of source data and apply acquired knowledge and skills to create products. Assists in development, implementation and maintenance of various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. Assists in investigation and resolution of manufacturing related issues. Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplines. Participates in the implementation of manufacturing plans. Coordinates with greater ME community and other functional groups to ensure process and product reliability.

NOTE: Relocation fees will NOT be accommodated or reimbursed.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum 4-year Degree in engineering classification.

Experience:
•4 years in Manufacturing and/or Fabrication project.
•Project management and/or aerospace manufacturing integration experience is a plus.
•Previous Boeing statement of work experience is a plus.
•Experience in configuration management a plus.

Responsibilities:
•Possess an understanding of the processes and products.
•Locate source data from the applicable files and systems.
•Perform analysis from either pre set-up packages or from original source data.
•Perform detailed analysis and interpretation of source data and make corrections as appropriate.
•Perform production roles as assigned.
•Perform Q.A role as assigned.
•Verify information and check for discrepancies. Make changes as required.
•Review incoming source data to identify the affect and impact on the product.
•Meet assigned schedules and deadlines.
•Meet production and quality standards.
•Adhere to established styles and procedures.
•Recognize source data errors and suggest corrections.
•Develops solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
•Follows directions for routine work under close supervision; receives detailed instructions for specific assignments.
•Contributes to the completion of routine tasks.
•Under close supervision, be technically responsible and accountable for assigned work.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
•Ability to travel for training or assignments as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
•Possess an understanding of engineering job practices, techniques and standards. Limited use and application of job principles, theories, and concepts.
•Strong PC skills with high proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office products functionality.
•Able to read, understand, interpret 2D engineering drawings/blue prints
•Proficiency in CAD Tools.
•Ability to lean new applications quickly.
•Ability to prioritize for maximum productivity for multiple projects.
•Ability to define and document processes as required.
•Ability to identify potential issues, analyze and recommend improvements and alternate solutions.
•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Good organizational skills.
•Proven reasoning, analytical abilities and mechanical aptitude.
•Good understanding of spare parts, BOM
•Background in part/assy, tooling methods and processes is a plus

Must be able to Self-study and Validate Skill in the following by passing 6 Challenge assessments within 6 Weeks of Hire date.
