This position’s primary focus is to retain active members and reinstate inactive
members and provide quality customer service when speaking with members.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain all goals established by Management

* Reissue invoices

* Follow up frequently to locate alternate contact information when return

* mail is received

* Locate updated contact information via a search engine

Phone Sales

* Play an important part in the department mastering the monthly renew revenue budget

* Meet monthly bonus standards and call volume requirements

* Attain daily call volume requirements

Data Entry

* Raise awareness and urgency to retain membership

* Suggest payment options to all active members

* Provide customers with accurate service information

Outgoing phone calls

* Verify data in members accounts

* Collect and enter data into the company's data base

* Apply and balances payments

Return Mail

* Complete memberships in question quickly and efficiently

* Maintain book of business

* Place phone calls from available calling lists
