Role Summary:
Perform various production tasks such as: Support team members in daily production of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process to keep machines operational. Direct support to Cell Leader in executing daily operational actions, including but not limited to Safety, Quality, Production status

Essential Responsibilities:

* Work in a safe manor
following all appropriate guidelines and precautions

* Work safely with
Chemicals

* Use appropriate lifting
devises, Can lift 25 lbs. safely

* Work within a quality
system, ensure use of calibrated gages, measuring devises and
environmental conditions

* Follow written and
verbal instructions

* Use measuring equipment (scales,
calibers, micrometers)

* Record accurate
information in computer systems, lot numbers, tool ID’s, part numbers,
time spend etc

* Work with hands to
precisely position material per diagrams, work instructions (MPD’s)

* Participate with
developing new methods to improve operation processes

* Work in a team
environment

* Maintain compliant
attendance to start times, time off, return from breaks and lunches

* Follow schedule
direction from supervision

* Be flexible in work
assignment able to change as the business demands change

* Be willing to learn new
things

* Show a willingness to
accept OT when business needs arise

* Produce at the appropriate
rate and speed to meet customer needs
Thermal

* Vacuum Bag and prepare
part for thermal processing

* Learn to select correct
programs for thermal processes

* Move tools in and out of
thermal processes

* Post process part using
grit blast and other techniques

Qualifications/Requirements:

* High school diploma / GED

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS :

* This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment

* Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen

* Ability and Willingness to rotate to a new team / different shift

* Must have current performance rating of meets expectations from performance cycle
