Task Responsibilities:

As disruption is happening in the air cargo industry, our department aims to be a key player while carrying out the responsibilities of designing, changing and implementing ideas that will further increase the contribution of our products, while supporting the overall company modernization program, which is focusing on sustainable working methods and lean and green processes.

Our overall tasks are focused around the following:

  • Running day to day business of product management
  • Product documentation and securing service delivery follow-up
  • Market and competition monitoring
  • Development of existing products, service offerings and portfolio as a whole
  • Internal and external advocacy, including training of the sales force
  • Securing compliance in all parts of the product lifecycle
  • Development of product business and marketing plans

 

As part of the Product management team, you will be the primary responsible for the following tasks:

  • Improve internal and external communications through stakeholder management
  • Analyze and manage product performance, short and long term
  • Identifying, lead and own the optimization of products’ contribution
  • Design and manage worldwide KPI program
  • Run and secure delivery of identified projects

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Already at manager’s level, or super-ready to take the step up
  • Results oriented and solution driven with good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Collaborative mindset – you enjoy sharing knowledge and succeeding as a team, cross divisional
  • Intellectual curiosity, creative mind, appetite for continuous learning
  • Extended knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Must possess an extremely positive attitude and tend to make other people’s day
  • Strong emphasis on compliant work ethics
  • Written and oral fluency in English
  • Must want to thrive in a dynamic, sporty and truly multicultural environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, amicable and professional demeanor
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and be able to effectively manage deadlines

 

Combined experience of two or more of the following areas:

  • Business consultancy
  • Call / help center leadership
  • Deep understanding and first-hand experience with oversized cargo or products
  • Experience in managing a department in an airline
  • Product Management
  • Progressive training set up and management
  • Sales management and analytics
  • Shipper, Forwarder or other supply chain management experience
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Progressive training set up and management
  • Total Quality management and Process documentation

Working Conditions:

  • Position based in Luxembourg
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
