The Manager of Operations is an integral role within TP Aerospace Technics LLC, dealing with the daily work flow planning and production to support the operations and sales of the Trading and Program divisions of the TP Aerospace Group of companies.  The Manager of Operations shall coordinate with the other managers within TP Aerospace Technics LLC in order to achieve the assigned production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards possible with the shortest turnaround time.  If necessary, the Manager of Operations will also coordinate with other MRO facilities within the TP Aerospace organization to achieve this goal.

  • Ensure the Annual, Monthly and Daily assigned production goals are achieved.
  • Establish a daily, weekly and monthly workflow plan in coordination with the Work Planning Supervisor.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Manager on incoming material in order to establish workflow priorities.
  • Ensure Program material is prioritized properly.
  • Manage AOG and urgent material while maintaining normal production.
  • Maintain contact management database (Outlook and Y-drive) with all accurate, up-to-date contact details and technical information.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Manager on completed outgoing material in order to establish an orderly transition from Production to Logistics.
  • Supervise, train and maintain a skilled staff capable of accomplishing all tasks assigned.
  • Plan the growth of the Operations Department to meet future requirements.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary in order to achieve the objectives of TP Aerospace Technics LLC and the Group of companies in general.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Engineering or another technical discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of FAA Repair Stations operations are preferred.
  • Must have experience in aircraft maintenance required: 4 years.
  • Must be able to be certified under 14 CFR Part 65.
