The International Distribution and Digital Strategy Manager EMEAI will be responsible for creating and championing Delta's global distribution strategy and defining and bringing to market world-class digital experiences for Delta's EMEAI customer base. The role will be focused on ensuring that all digital interactions are comprehensively designed for a global audience and result in increased revenue, channel share, and improved customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role provides consultative support for global business units by establishing effective distribution strategies which optimize expenses and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities include:
* Partner with Digital teams to develop international product road maps driving superior and industry-leading customer experiences and business results across digital channels, including delta.com, mobile and kiosk

* Developing strategies to increase digital channel revenue, channel share and customer satisfaction for delta.com and mobile channels

* Build relationships globally and work across cross divisional teams to deliver an International experience

* Being a key leader for the Integrated Digital Platform within the Delta/Virgin Atlantic AIR4 program

* Lead and develop a vibrant and high-performing Distribution and Digital team

* Coordinate with key commercial teams in positioning Delta as a market leader in 3rd Party Distribution

* Liaise with the digital content and international teams in developing and executing thoughtful localization and translation strategies

* Engage with Delta's strategic and JV/equity partner carriers to establish best practices and close technology seams

* Partner effectively with the Delta IT organization and external partners in the execution of projects supporting the eCommerce digital platforms

* Lead prioritization and optimization of product enhancements to deliver world-class capabilities while enhancing the customer experience

* Participate as a leader in the Global Distribution and Digital Strategy organization

* Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of leadership experience in airline commercial organization required

* Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology or related field required and 5-7 years of experience

* Experience in Distribution, eCommerce, Revenue Management, Finance, Marketing, and/or Sales

* Knowledge of airline distribution concepts including GDS and online distribution policies

* Expert knowledge of DL's markets and competitive market position, sales strategies, processes, tools and infrastructure

* Demonstrated leadership, planning and analytical skills in the successful execution of cross divisional initiatives

* Strong written and oral communication skills, positive attitude and able to manage change successfully in a fast-paced environment

* Must be strategic, dynamic, detail-oriented and impactful. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, a self-starter and a quick learner

* Preferred knowledge of Delta Air Lines and/or the airline industry, travel landscape and consumer behavior

* Highly proficient in developing presentations for Senior Leader audiences

* Travel required
