The Boeing Test and Evaluation is seeking entry level Manufacturing Planners to support Flight Test Programs to support BCA and BDS Programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies in support of Manufacturing for different airplane test commodities and programs.
Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions for different airplane test commodities and programs.
Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
Implements lean principles and technologies
Defines, develops and implements the manufacturing plan and represents the program as the primary manufacturing integrator throughout the: acquire, define, produce and support phases of the product life cycle.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing engineering or a production environment
3 or more years experience using basic Microsoft Office and office computing systems
This requisition supports 1st, 2nd, 3rd and future revolving shift opportunities. Must be capable of working different shifts.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
Ability to collaborate with both the engineering work force and the mechanics on the factory floor
Experience in PDM and CAPP
AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
